1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between paris88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or in any way uses the paris88 platform available at paris88.casa and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or affiliated services.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

paris88 is operated under an internationally recognised online gaming licensing framework. No Malaysian government licence is implied. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their specific location and personal circumstances.

2Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on paris88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Paris88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino-style gambling activities. Age verification documentation may be requested at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal.
2. You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of another person, organisation or business entity.
3. You do not hold an existing paris88 Account. Each User is permitted only one Account. Duplicate registrations will be merged or closed, with associated funds subject to review.
4. You have not been previously excluded, banned or suspended from paris88 or any affiliated Platform, whether self-imposed or by paris88's decision.
5. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.
6. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor or close family member of any employee of paris88 or its affiliated entities.

4Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any one-time security codes associated with your Account. You must not share login credentials with any other person or access another person's Account. paris88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify paris88 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. paris88 may suspend the Account pending investigation where a security concern is reported or detected.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits to paris88 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of MYR payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, which may include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect and other approved channels. The availability of specific payment methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines may vary and are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and may trigger an Account investigation.

1. paris88 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
2. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
3. paris88 does not charge deposit fees for standard MYR payment methods, though your bank or eWallet provider may apply separate charges.
4. Paris88 reserves the right to decline or return a deposit where it cannot be verified against your registered Account details.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

1. Your Account KYC verification has been completed and approved.
2. The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed by paris88 in writing.
3. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met prior to withdrawal of associated winnings.
4. The withdrawal amount meets the stated minimum threshold as displayed in the Platform's cashier section.
5. No open dispute, fraud investigation or account review is in progress at the time of the request.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and the completion of required verification checks. paris88 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but cannot guarantee exact processing timelines in all circumstances.

7Bonuses & Promotions

paris88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, referral rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all paris88 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. New account bonuses are limited to one per person, household and device.
2. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the multiplier for which will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion details.
3. paris88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void related winnings and close an Account where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or system exploitation is detected.
4. Bonus Funds not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
5. paris88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by qualifying Users.

8Betting Rules

All wagers placed on paris88 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product — whether sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery or arcade formats. The specific rules for each game category or event type are displayed within the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

In circumstances where an error in odds, payout calculations, game settings or event results occurs due to a technical malfunction or human error, paris88 reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets at the correct values. Users will be notified of material settlement corrections where reasonably practicable.

paris88 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any wager where there are reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation, match-fixing, insider knowledge, coordinated betting activity, or exploitation of a known system error.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on paris88 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identity details.
2. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
3. Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or misuse of financial instruments.
6. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or any anonymising technology where the intent is to circumvent geographic restrictions.
7. Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria, including minors under the age of 21.

paris88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account and withhold associated funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed.

10Responsible Gambling

12Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game assets and other materials available on the paris88 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of paris88 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of paris88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to scraping, data mining, systematic extraction or commercial exploitation of Platform content.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paris88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorised Account access resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

paris88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, software updates and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to our operating jurisdiction.

14Suspension & Termination

paris88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 9.
2. Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of Platform systems.
4. At the User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
5. In compliance with a directive from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an Account is closed under circumstances not involving User misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will not be returned where the closure results from a breach of these Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paris88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no Malaysian governmental body regulates online gambling for international operators, and that the use of paris88 does not confer any rights or protections under Malaysian gambling legislation.

16Amendments

paris88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, paris88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
